Shipping Info

Shipping is available on all orders over $150 FREE OF CHARGE to the continental United States via Fed Ex Ground. We try to ship orders out the same day if placed before 3pm CST or within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). 



Fed Ex Ground Shipping

Cost: Free Ground Shipping on Orders over $150
Terms: Excludes Hawaii & Alaska.


Fed Ex 2nd Next Day Shipping

Cost: Charges starts at $20.00 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Ships out within 24 Hours.

**Must select Saturday delivery if order is placed on a Wednesday after 4:00 CST, if you expect to recieve order in 2 days on a Saturday


Fed Ex Next Day Shipping

Cost: Charges starts at $34.00 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Ships out within 24 Hours.


Fed Ex Saturday Delivery

Cost: Charges starts at $56.00 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Only for orders placed Wednesdays after 4:00 PM CST thru Friday before 11:59 AM CST.


International Shipping

  • We ship international orders only via USPS Express Mail International® and Fed Ex Priority International.
  • Delivery time is 5-7 Business Days for USPS Express Interntional.
  • Delivery time is 2-4 Business Days for Fed Ex Priority International.
In order for us to process an international order, you must fax or email a copy of your passport and the front and back of your credit card (we suggest blacking out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to Thehipchick@sbcglobal.com  or fax to 1-928-441-9469; be sure to include your order number on all documents. Once we receive these items we will be able to process your order. If we do not receive this information within 48 hours your order will be cancelled. Once you are a verified customer you will not need to send us the information again, as we will have you in our system as verified.

Risk of loss for the merchandise you have ordered that is shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information, as Customs policies vary from country to country. Additionally, when ordering from TheHipChick.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from TheHipChick.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to TheHipChick.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

Disclaimer: If the customer elects to have the goods shipped without the requirement for a signature at the time of delivery, TheHipChick.com shall not be responsible for goods lost or stolen after delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Store Policies

Item Availability
While we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.


Pre-Order Policy
When purchasing a Pre-Order item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged for the full amount at the time your order is placed with us at TheHipChick.com. We ship out your order the same day it arrives to our store. The delivery date that is provided is only an estimated shipping date. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. We will accept cancellations on preorder items but you will only be given online store credits that can be used on future purchases (we will not give refunds).

  • Coupon codes for discounts are not Valid and cannot be applied to pre-order items. This is clearly specified on the checkout page in Red where you input Coupon Codes in the box.
  • Please note: Our shopping cart Coupon Discount Code Box cannot distinguish Pre-Order items. Therefore, if code is inserted, it will accept the discount. This is why we clearly state that we will not accept a Coupon Code discount on Pre-Order Items.

Online Store Credit
To use your online internet credit, simply place a new order online and when in checkout, select "Order By Phone" in the payment method. Then in the "Customer Notes" section write "Apply Internet Credit." The order total will be adjusted once we receive your new order.


Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.


Coupon Code Restrictions
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Coupon codes cannot be applied to Pre-Orders.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items.

Final Sale Items

All Purchases Of Sale Items Are Final. We will attempt to exchange a Sale item for a different size if available. Otherwise, there will be No exceptions.

The Hip Chick prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item within 10 days from the day the item is shipped out and we will provide you with an Internet store credit or exchange, less shipping costs.

If you received complimentary shipping a fee of $9.95 will be deducted. Please do not return any sale merchandise as you will not be given a store credit as all sale items are final sale. Any sale items returned to us will be refused and returned to sender.

For items received past the 14 days there will be a 20% restocking fee . Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back. Please note returns for exchanges,etc. the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. The order must be returned with all the original packaging, including the original invoice.

All returns and exchanges must be sent back in their original packaging, all original tags must be attached, accompanied by a receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn and original condition that it was received. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The Hip Chick reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

All Handbags, Belts, Shoes, Swimwear, Accessories, Jewelry, Lingerie, and Sale Items are Final Sales Only.

Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
